21.01.2022 Caravan painting this evening. It has taken a while to get the colour right and as paint does, the colour differs in the different light. We were going for a light peachy tone. We created the colour ourselves by adding red to the original beige we chose. And then more red and then more red. Craig has painted and repainted. We are pretty happy now! Its kind of a peachy sand colour. 20.01.2022 Preparing the wall for paint! 1. Any cracked, peeled or flaking paint needs to be sanded or scraped before adding primer or paint. 2. Add filler where required to make wall smooth. ... 3. Rinse and wipe down with damp cloth. 3. Make sure surface is clean and dust free.

15.01.2022 Cracked ceiling paint often occurs in older homes. (Can be in newer homes too). The most common cause is moisture, however it could also be incompatible paint. If oil based paint is applied directly on top of latex paint then cracking will happen at some point. The reason is because latex paint is porous & allows moisture through.
