Remember - to get an empty you need to contact us, or respond yes to the reminder, and then pay invoice. Just paying the invoice does NOT book an empty...

17.01.2022 MOVING HOUSE??? Please let us know before we arrive to empty your littersack. We are not always able to relocate frames on same day. Please do not move and leave the sack & frame behind without telling us (happens ALOT!)... CANCELLING SERVICE? If you would like your frame collected and service cancelled, that is no problem... BUT we do need to know BEFORE we get to your house to empty your littersack. There is not always room on board for extra frames. Thank you!

15.01.2022 Have had ALOT of "what's this invoice for?" & "I paid, why do I have an invoice emails?" emails today. Just a reminder that each bag has an invoice. Every time you get an empty/new bag, you will receive a new invoice.... This invoice is due when you need that bag emptied. The schedule empty date is the due date. This is why we ask you to use the invoice numbers when making payments, makes it easier to follow. This is how it has been since the beginning. If you read the dates and check invoice numbers, you can see what I mean. Hope that makes sense/helps explain it!
