24.01.2022 Join us at *10am Saturday* for the Narooma Oyster Festival and enjoy the premiere of our South Coast oyster documentary with Paul West! Featuring chef & TV p...ersonality Paul West, Tim Gilbo of South Coast Seaplanes and 4 of our fabulous oyster farmers from different estuaries, we take you on a picturesque & flavoursome journey! We explore Narooma, Pambula, Merimbula and Batemans Bay... with a short detour over Montague Island in this visual feast. So hitch a ride with us and learn about farming methods, flavour profiles, and a little more about our amazing oyster farmers. As you many of you will know, while our best festival yet was postponed, we're putting this terrific 40 odd minute documentary up instead for a virtual festival experience. It wouldn't be the same without oysters though, so you're going to need to grab a few dozen (or more!) oysters from your local supplier or farm gate (check out our website for a list!). https://naroomaoysterfestival.com A special thanks to our partners. They are Australia's Oyster Coast, Club Narooma, Southern Phone, Eurobodalla Shire Council and Whale Coast Realty - Narooma NSW #loveNSW #narooma

10.01.2022 Things have been unpredictable to say the least on the south coast this year.......and so this cloud over Gulaga today certainly made us look twice! Was awesome being back in the air this weekend though

09.01.2022 Apparently what goes around does come around....went to see the wonderful Jade Ralston at #wraystreetoystershed today for our xmas rock oysters and was handed 5 doz of these babies on the house....out of the water today! Had forgotten that we took her lovely mum for a flight a little while back! Was great to see a lot of folks enjoying the #RegionX oyster kayak tour at the Wray Street Oyster Shed... #southcoastnsw #naroomarocks
