25.01.2022 Great meeting tonight...the message on this card says it all. Unique, challenging and very entertaining Table Topics, hilarious Rolling Story, and even a new word from tonight's General Evaluator: the meeting went "smoothlessly"

24.01.2022 You know that thing you said you were going to do, to overcome that fear you said you had??? It’s on next Wednesday, please join us and see if Toastmasters can help you.

23.01.2022 Warming up before the Area contest tonight at Berwick.

22.01.2022 Congratulations Patricia Jamieson, awarded Toastmaster of the year 2019 for our club. Thanks for your contributions over the past year, your efforts have benefited all. She looks pretty happy being presented with her trophy from incoming President Renee Sterling doesn’t she?

18.01.2022 What do Toastmasters do in their spare time? Go see amazing speakers of course. This morning one of our members had the opportunity to see Chris Helder Speaker and in her words Chris is an amazing speaker, he has so much energy and spreads enthusiasm for life. Here’s Patricia Jamieson - Celebrant, Phillip Island with Chris showing off her new book, written by Chris ‘Useful Belief’

16.01.2022 Area B1 Toastmasters Humorous Speech contest and Table Topics contest was held on Wednesday night and Southcoast Speakers TM was well represented with contestants and cheer squad. Congratulations to Richard Stutely aka Stutz for first place in Humorous and third place in Table Topics. Congratulations to Patricia Jamieson for second place in Table Topics. Stutz will compete in the next contest on March 28, good luck to all contestants.

16.01.2022 Congratulations to one of our Toastmasters, Pauline Wilkinson. Not only did she run her first workshop on Growing Australian Native Plants from Seed, but she made the local paper to boot. Well done

16.01.2022 Congratulations Kerryn Pascoe on winning Best Speaker Award at Wednesday’s meeting. Kerryn delivered an entertaining and very personal Ice Breaker. She impressed us with her easy story telling manner and it was very difficult to believe this was her first speech. Well done Kerryn, and welcome to our club.

14.01.2022 Become a better speaker by attending sessions listening to great speakers, just like Patricia Jamieson did this morning when she took the opportunity to hear Tim O'Toole from Beechworth Bakery. Thanks Bass Coast Shire Council for bringing another great speaker to town.

09.01.2022 According to Dale Carnegie, there are always three speeches, for every one you actually gave. The one you practiced, the one you gave, and the one you wish you gave. Would you like to come to Toastmasters to learn how to give the speech you wish you gave? We are meeting tomorrow night (Wednesday) the 11th of September at 7.30pm and guests are always welcome.

07.01.2022 Handover Dinner at our last meeting was a great evening. We welcomed incoming President, Renee Sterling, to the helm, shared a meal, welcomed guests and of course... we had some fun. If you’d like to come along to a meeting guests are welcome anytime. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday evening.
