20.01.2022 The South East Boxing club owes so much to you! Not sure if you really liked Boxing, but you always stood at my side,Loyalty is so important to me! Nothing was too hard even when it hurt you when you saw me under so much pressure,pain,and stress,the fight game is very telling on ones mental health,good and bad! Was so proud how you was always not far away at tournaments,would look for you in the crowd, most of the time ,in amongst the hostile opposition by yourself barracking... with all your heart! Turn n see your smile when in the corner working, to inspire me,and motivate me! Having a rest for a few months, something you wanted me too do! Will go forward n not quit, we built together,will never forget that my love! Unfinished business! See more

18.01.2022 Been a hard few weeks at gym,try and continue,but just now a little different I guess! Me and Karen have thought long and hard over the last month about closing South East! Mainly because of the enormous mental strain on us with the task of running an Olympic Accredited Boxing gym! Finding fights,constant training,sparring, travelling,times without our families! Constant battle keeping boxers focussed and confident in this world lol Training attendance has been a massive prob...lem over the years as well! On the positive we have a an absolute ball,with so many experiences and achievements by our little club! 15.01.2022 Today we finally recruited our number 3 coach!, his name is Ivan, he is tall, dark, handsome and hard working!, so hardworking in fact that he will hold pads 24/7 ive added a few recent pics of the gym!, bring on 2021!.

14.01.2022 This year has been hell on earth for our coach Scott and his family, no words can fix the pain, no actions can make up for the loss of such a beautiful and caring lady!. Together you had become one. Our boxing year has been fairly quiet due to covid but we have had some good fights for Charlotte and have been building up a couple of fighters for next year!. The training and sparring from Boxing Tasmania has been of the highest quality. Thanks to everyone who has trained this year and to all Boxers, Coaches and Officials. 14.01.2022 Been a crazy year! Deb was proud ov me getting my level Two,this sport n club owes my wife so much that nobody knows! Merry Xmas and safe New Year,from me n SEBC hope your 2021 is awesome for everyone! Thanks to everyone that continues to support our little club!

08.01.2022 Just wanted to announce that these champions will be running SEBC for the next few months to give me a bit of a rest,will still be involved and checking on the fighters progress,and cornering etc! Karen Jackson will be No 1,and Kobey will be getting his level one license very shortly! Couldnt think of any more qualified or better people to train under,Karen 13 fight,Kobes 21,they been there done it all! A new beginning I suppose,am so lucky to have you great mates! Smash em!

06.01.2022 No training for the remainder of 2020, a decision will be made early next year on training Gym is available for hire, contact Karen or Scott to make bookings. Till then enjoy daylight savings, stay fit, healthy, happy and safe!
