22.01.2022 Some photos from a recent termite job; the termites came in with the fire wood. Be careful to make sure you keep the bulk of your wood outside your home and only take in what you need for the night and if you keep a stock of fire wood inside avoid using a wooden box, if you can use a plastic or steel container for the timber. This particular home had timber floating floors and a pine storage box, a very short journey for these, 'coptotermes frenchi' termites, to make short w...ork of you home and/or investment property. Even if you have had a chemical barrier laid around your home to defend against termites this can be the 'trojan horse' that could get them in.
