24.01.2022 So, we always get asked for these, 11mtr x 50mm Reverse Rachet Straps, for loading hay on your step deck. We have plenty at the moment. Also available are 13mtr replacement straps.

We have always stocked MX8 grease in cartridges for grease guns, but we now have 2.5kg tubs. 20kg drums are available upon request. A new product for us is the INOX brand of MX9 Chain Lube, which Im sure will be useful on the farm or in the workshop.

01.01.2022 Hi Team, Ive been waiting for circumstances to stabilize before posting anything here, but, as Marcus Aurelius is credited with saying, "...the only constant is change itself". So, we are open now, and we need to follow a few procedures, which seem to be common to most business that are open, please note the below. We will stay open, as long as we are allowed, we can get freight, and our stocks hold out. At the moment, most of our suppliers are open, or are on reduced sta...ff, so sourcing parts is not too hard. Getting goods from interstate; whilst the borders are closed to travelers, freight is still getting through at the moment. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic and strict instructions for all Australians to do their bit to preventing or slowing the spread of the virus, Rob and I at SOUTHERN MALLEE SPARES are respectfully requesting that you follow these procedures: 1. Maintain 1.5 metre social distancing between each other. No more than 2 in the shop plus Rob, who will stay behind the counter until he knows what you are requiring. 2. We will endeavor to meet your needs without breaking the integrity of social distancing. 3. We do not have hand sanitizer atm, so if you could ensure to have your hands clean if possible. We have a sink in the work shop and will supply soap and water if you need to use it. 4. If you are unwell, please phone Rob on 0407 531 420 to arrange for your needs to be met appropriately and/or send someone who can pick up your items. 5. We will be increasing our hygiene of surfaces to ensure that they are safe. 6. EFTPOS or Accounts to be used as we prefer to avoid cash transactions at the moment. We want to ensure that our community of farmers and associated organisations have every opportunity to continue their growing of food that will be so essential for the future of Australia and the wider global community.
