25.01.2022 Not sure if we're getting ahead or just playing catch-up, but we turned the week on its head by packing some goodies we don't normally do until closer to the weekend. Big pieces of Smoked Tilsit ready to help fuel those @loira_vines platters, regular Tilsit for our market friends as well as plenty of Traditional Halloumi and Chevre gets our week rolling. Blushed with honey, then sealed in beeswax to mature, this rich, smooth blue is just fantastic.
