23.01.2022 Ive had the opportunity to lay some really nice hardwood floors over the last few weeks. This Stringy Bark Hardwood floor was layed throughout 2 of the 3 townhouses in a boutique development in Woolooware. Using a secret nailed fixing method and glued using the best products, the beautiful features in these floor boards are what makes the floor so unique, one satisfied chippy indeed! Cannot wait to see it sanded and polished

22.01.2022 Out with the old - In with the new. Yet another new floor being laid down, this time in Beautiful Coogee! This Parquetry flooring has served its time, bring on the modern Washed Oak floor to lighten things up .

21.01.2022 It has been a big few days down at this cladding job in Connells point. Installing the Scyon Matrix cladding to this massive renovation will definitely make it look more the modern home rather than construction site. 21.01.2022 Job #1 in 2019 all but complete to start the year off nicely Step by step turning this south coast home into the beach house its always longed to be! Starting at the bottom with some fresh floors laid down and upgraded skirting/architraves throughout. A new entry door package and laundry reno are next on the cards, but for now its back up to Sydney to pick up where I left off in 2018!

15.01.2022 Rotten and collapsing deck structurally repaired and brought to code with new modern handrail.

13.01.2022 Open plan never looked so good. Full renovation of hall, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen organised by client.

13.01.2022 Linen press badly damaged by above water leak through external glass bricks. Stripped out and mould treated and allowed to dry out, new linings installed and ready for new joinery install to complete works.

13.01.2022 New door installed to bathroom which never had a door!

12.01.2022 Removal of rotten verandah posts/handrail and replace with new pre primed pine which will stand the test of time.

11.01.2022 Another lot of poorly installed glass bricks causing substantial water damage to rooms below. Brickwork removed and re done, flashings installed, new eaves lining installed and all sealed to prevent future leaking.

10.01.2022 Big front door and jamb installed years ago still looking good.

10.01.2022 Mezzanine storage added to this double garage as the client loves his cars and like most people just didnt have enough floor space to keep everything. Was a fun job as it required some structural steel be installed to span the full width of garage.

03.01.2022 Major structural carpentry to raise the ceiling height of this double garage and keep the integrity of the roof above. Lined with blackbutt T&G boards. late decision by owner to remove wall to storage room. Very difficult Job as it all had to be completed without removing roof tiles above and finished ceiling was 3.5m above ground!
