To all of you who have waited patiently, offered kindness and support, THANK YOU!!! As of Monday next week we are able to offer more spaces. 05.01.2022 Hi everyone. Over the past few weeks my staff and I have faced numerous challenges trying to meet everyone's needs. I have dropped the ball a time or three. I have accidentally forgotten clients, or we have turned up later than expected. I feel your frustration believe me. I realise that for some of you this is unforgivable and you will look to employ another company. I can only apologise and try to get you to understand the immense pressure we are all under. Covid has pre...sented a huge challenge. Many more people require their homes to be cleaned but due to job seeker payments there aren't enough people applying for jobs to complete the work. Those that have are being trained as quickly as possible to meet the incredible demand for our services. We are truly blessed to have jobs and work but the flip side of that is exhaustion, forgetfulness and an increased risk of injury. We are working longer hours and I am working seven days a week to try to catch up. To those of you who have been incredibly flexible and understanding we are so grateful.
