To the people following our social media accounts, liking a post, coming down for a casual session and most importantly our amazing members for helping the gym get to where it is today! In the last two years we have been lucky enough to expand the gym to double the original size and double the amount of equipment. In the next two years we plan on doing that again!

Over the Christmas period our hours will be changing, this will commence on Wednesday the 23rd of December and our usual trading hours will start again on Tuesday the 5th of january. This obviously only effects non-members wanting to visit the gym and not our members who have 24/7 access.
