22.01.2022 Boree Covid Edition. Check it out and pre registrations by 30/9.

21.01.2022 Venturer Leadership Course 2020 I have been trying to work the best way forward for this course and I have decided to run a Sth Met course on 17 October. I hope to have the detals and application forms on the Sthe Metropolitan site by next Monday. In brief the course will be a long one day of theory etc, possibly 8.30 am till 8 pm. Supply own m/t lunch and arvo tea. BYO dinner or $5 for pizza. Cost will be $25 to cover Region and State costs. The practical will be an ass...igned activity that the Venturers will plan, organise and conduct with another section with knowledge and techniques gained from the course., That section leader will give me feedback and then a Teams meeting of all participants and course Leaders. All covid guidlines will be followed and the course taking place will depend on ongoing advice and Instructions from State Branch and consent from our Region Commissioner. The number of attendees is limited and will also remain dependant on ongoing directions from the Health Dept and State Office. Some positions are already allocated to the Units that replied to my previous requests. I would prefer a minimum age of 16 as those below that age may have opportunities in the next year or so. Regards Keith Gallard RCVS and Course Leader. tel 0407950012
