24.01.2022 You don’t want to swipe past this berry delicious Blue Raspberry Chia Pudding from our friends at @bodyscience Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk 1/4 cup chia seeds... 2 tbsp clean vegan salted caramel 1 serve SHRED ULTRA BLUE RASPBERRY 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp jam of choice (we love st dalfords) 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt Handful of granola (optional) Fresh blueberries and mulberries (toppings) Combine chia seeds, protein, SHRED and almond milk in a bowl and set in the fridge. Remove from the fridge when chia seeds having formed a pudding like consistency and layer in a jar with coconut yoghurt, jam and top with fresh berries and granola .#BScshred

22.01.2022 Do this stretch before your next upper body workout Because we spend so much time in front of screens (especially working from home) it’s more than likely that you’ll encounter an episode of back pain. One of the reasons people experience chronic pain is due to lack of mobility. Mobility isn't just about flexibility you can be flexible, but still lack the strength to move to full range of motion. Here’s how to perform the Open Book Stretch:... Lay on your side with your knees bent at 90 degrees. Breathe in as you move your top arm across your body and turn your head and shoulders with it, keeping your knees firmly placed on the floor. Breathe out as you hold the stretch for around ten to fifteen seconds, then return to the start and repeat 10 times. You should feel a pretty decent (but pleasant) stretch throughout your upper body. Keeping your abs activated when you perform this will be important for lower back stability and this stretch is an important primer for upper-body movement, especially exercises such as the overhead press, where many people tend to extend at the lower back to compensate for their lack of thoracic and shoulder mobility. If you’re new to stretching in general, begin slowly never force a stretch! Start by holding each stretch for 20 to 30 seconds and don’t forget to b r e a t h e. If you’re not sure how to stretch safely, if you’ve had surgery or an injury, or have pain in your lower body, chat to a Jetts Team Member before doing any glute stretches. #jetts #jettsathome #stretching

Exhale hard like you’re blowing out candles on a cake and hold the contraction for a second in order to improve mind muscle connection. 2.
