25.01.2022 We will be closing down our Southside Care page at the end of October. We have loved sharing our wonderful memories and experiences with you but as the aged care section of Southside Care has now closed we believe it’s time to close this page.

20.01.2022 Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Southside Care over the years. We no longer provide Community Services to frail Aged, people living with Dementia, or people living with a disability. It has been a pleasure and a privilege to be part of such an amazing team and thankfully all staff, clients and volunteers have now transitioned to new service providers.
