15.01.2022 Week three of Truffles Unearthed is here and you'd think we'd be all truffled out by now but nope! Last week we learnt how to enjoy Manjimup truffles for breakf...ast, elevensies, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner at our first ever Cooking School at European Concepts with Chefs Scott Bridger and Liam Atkinson thanks to amazing produce from Coomer Truffles, European Foods Wholesalers Australia, getFresh merchants, Festival Fish Wholesalers, WA Marron and Swinney Wines; we had the ultimate sausage sizzle of Mottainai Lamb and Stonebarn Truffles, cooked on the Everdure by Heston Blumenthal by MasterChef Australia alum Chris Badenoch at Black Pig Deli & Co thanks to master charcutier Adam Bielawski; and we gorged on truffles all around town, including a four course feast at The Shorehouse, complete with our very own Negroni Trolley and the most surprising amuse-bouche of truffled oysters. This week we're going to grab David Coomer's At Home With Chef box and we're heading to our 2019 Regional Restaurant of the Year for the first of four south west Truffles Unearthed Dinners.
