17.01.2022 Welcome back to 2 of our 2020 players; Tako and Rupeni. When asked why they came back to South West RLFC they said We enjoyed the footy, club bbqs and the family atmosphere at the club where everyone is treated equally. Both are looking forward to a challenge in the 2021 season.

13.01.2022 South West Goannas 2nd and 3rd grade teams opened our club history book on Sunday. Both teams are new groups that have come together for the 2020 Group 6 CRL season. They looked amazing in our new club colours and were extremely competitive. The 2nds went down narrowly to Appin 16 - 14, whilst the 3rds had a win against Mt Annan 20 - 18. Can't wait to do it all again next round.

10.01.2022 Round 4 saw our 3rd Grade team play Highlands Storm in a top of the table clash in icy conditions at Moss Vale on Saturday night. Our boys defended well to contain the Storm who dominated possession and took the game 26 - 12. 2nd Grade took on The Lions at Mittagong on Sunday afternoon with just 12 players. An amazing effort by our boys who rose to the occasion, standing up for each other and taking the lead 8 - 6 at half time. With the odds against them, they went down to a ...full squad 28 - 14. 09.01.2022 Hayden is also returning for 2021, renewing his long term association with many of the players and the coach. He is definitely up for the challenge of 1st Grade.
