22.01.2022 Salvos across the country have been working hard to help Australians in need as the COVID-19 crisis has pushed so many into a state of emotional and financial hardship. Our local teams have assisted more than 40,000 people with emergency relief assistance between April and July. Our figures show that in July alone, of the people helped with emergency relief, 30 per cent were a direct result of the pandemic.
