14.01.2022 Very sorry FN shearing run has to be Cancel Due To Shortage in finding good Employees Im very sorry to all the current clients which we have been fully booked in for this current FN Shearing Run. 23/11/2020 to 29/11/2020 I'm one man and have been working over 20 to 14 hours per day each and every 7 days a week for past 5 months solid ""FULLY FLAT OUT""" fixing all and many other problems. ... I'm finding it very hard to find good reliable worker's shearer’s and livestock handlers etc, I have interview over 20x New employees over last 4 months and given my valuable time and full on-site training, plus more. I finding many workers are not even suitable and only costing or wasting good work time or end up fully letting us all down, as they don’t show up or unreliable to do there job correctly. This making more work as they do not wish or seen to have the correct skills to carry out their work correctly or safely. In Today’s work ethics a Shearer Shed Hand, Livestock Handlers seen to becoming EXTINCT, we are losing good worker in the shearing Industry year after year with good skills and knowledge of working in shearing Industry. (I have seen & stated this for past 35 years while I was shearing fully professionally in SA NSW< VIC QLD & ATC I could see this happing all over Australia). I will be still interviewing and looking for new good workers and still 2x Shearers on hand, but all work loads we be limited until we find good worker that can do there work correctly and safely.. 11.01.2022 If we didn't have China we'd be stuffed or dammed. Australian has been suffering over many hard years with long hard drys and Droughts. I have seen this first hand over the last 40 years and this is only truly getting worse each and every year, with very bad management in our rain falls into our water ways on all national levels. Now in 2020 Farmers & Wool growers will be hit again and suffer even harder with our Droughts + COVID 19 as all levels of the World Markets are now in downturn + COVID 19..
