21.01.2022 Hi there, is anyone interested in Wednesday 8am (or another time) silent meditation in the studio starting 25th Nov for 4 weeks? Will offer only if there is interest/commitment. Will need to book as we need to limit numbers to 10. I'm open to the idea of an earlier start and/or personal practice before? Would love to hear your thoughts.
