The best advice I have ever received.. The only time to set the bar low is for limbo. My 3 key tips to training.. Nail the form, understand what muscle group you are working with each exercise and focus on it, be consistent and have a goal. My two favourite things about Sparc Up Fitness are.. the atmosphere, I get pushed to get the most out of every session and I also get to train with my friends everyday. If I could change one thing at Sparc Up Fitness it would be.. More boxing classes. My pet hate is.. Being cold and slow drivers. My 3 biggest flaws are.. Impatient, Tendency to speed, Need frequent naps. My most valuable possessions.. My mums hand written cards. I can’t live without.. My friends and family and hot showers. If I could change one thing in the fitness world it would be.. the idea that you have to be at a certain physical condition to start your fitness journey, I find majority of clients feel intimidated and disheartened in gym settings too often comparing their ‘day 1’ with someone’s ‘day 365’ or social media’s idea of how your physique should look.
