18.01.2022 Funday Friday- Team Screwdrivers (electrical) Team Keyboards (automation) and Team Pencils (management) came together for a fun Friday packed full of activities. Starting with a team breakfast we got the blood flowing with some jumping! We brainstormed ‘what is the one thing that would improve your job; the business and the customer experience’ in our teams and then presented our ideas to the group. We also received updates on new staff training and some of our exciting projects currently underway. Finally we ‘escaped’ for an afternoon of fun!

03.01.2022 Our inaugural Service Awards were presented virtually in a recent online team meeting. Congratulations to Jodie (R) on 20 years. A truly talented automation software programmer, she is a great ambassador for our organisation. Louise (M) achieved 15 years of dedicated service in Accounts and Payroll. Her attention to detail is very much appreciated. Byron (L) our Automation Manager was given a 10 year award. With an excellent reputation in the industry Byron’s talents set Spectrum apart from its competitors.
