Colorful semantics is something I use all the time, a staple in my speech bag. I use it to help kiddos make requests or comment on pictures and events in story books. 19.01.2022 Ants on a Sandwich! Adding an element of competition is a great motivator for so many kids! After making the sandwich, I like to pretend we’re on a picnic, ants are making their way towards our food and each incorrect sounds moves them onto their sandwich.
