20.01.2022 On reflection, ‘Marathons of golf’ was a rush filled with so much fun. But it’s time to move on, start something new and find other boundaries to push. This tim...e, it is not about conquering the mountains or mastering those long endless coastal paths. Instead it is all about speed, skill and preparation to be ready on those all-important challenge days. Going back in time, I have always loved golf. From those early days of witnessing Tiger’s highs, I dreamt of making it right the way up to the top of the world rankings. But like most childhood dreams this came to an end or did it... Starting with my new challenge ‘18 holes in under 30 minutes’ I am going to play the equivalent of the Olympic 100 meters final over and over. It’s going to be pedal to the metal, fast and furious, golf on the absolute edge to sprint to what I hope will be a new Short Course World Speedgolf Record. It’s never been done before - but why not. To qualify, courses will be under 6000 yards.
