23.01.2022 Presidents Award 2018-19 - Colin Campton. Colin has travelled the width and breadth of the country attending meetings, scrutineering at race meetings, daylighting cars, conducting Scrutineer Training at Ballarat, Mortlake, Mildura and Alexandra, attending National Conferences and liaising constantly with other like minded Officials and Scrutineers. The time that Colin contributes to his role as Technical Director is unrivalled and he is constantly striving to improve the sport and the standard of the cars and the scrutineering standards.

21.01.2022 Special thanks to Cheryl Corbett for her many years she has contributed to Speedway Sedans Victoria. Cheryl has stood down from her position as Titles Co-Ordinator after illness this past season. We thank Cheryl for her contributions and look forward to being able to seek her advice from time to time. Also thanks to Leanne for her assistance over the years.

18.01.2022 Congratulations to Todd Moule awarded Outstanding Junior Competitor for 2018/19. Winning the State Championship this year at Hamilton's Western Speedway and also placing fifth in the National Championship in Queensland we believe that we will see big things from this modest and unpretentious young driver in years to come. Todd was unfortunately unable to attend to receive his award on Saturday so it was accepted by Drouin Speedway Representative Rosa Evans on his behalf.

17.01.2022 Memberships are open! Please complete your membership if you are attending the AGM to vote for/stand for a position. http://speedwaysedansvictoria.org.au/main.asp

15.01.2022 This page will be shutting down in the next few months as it is being replaced by one called Speedway Sedans Victoria (no, we can't just change the name of the page. I don't know, don't ask me?) So head over and like the new page and you will be kept up to date with all of the new information for the coming season.

10.01.2022 2018/19 Outstanding Victorian Track of the Year - Alexandra and District Speedway Club. Anyone who has attended Alexandra this past season would certainly agree that the capital works undertaken at this venue have been huge and they have done a wonderful job. Along with this Alexandra also boasts the highest membership of Junior Sedan drivers in Victoria. Certainly a turn around from the South West who always had the stronghold on this demographic. Alexandra have also shown excellence in areas of promotion and Club activities. Well done to all involved.

05.01.2022 Speedway Sedans Victoria would like to acknowledge the enormous contribution from Pat Ahearn. Pat is a very quiet achiever and was an instrumental part of the State Championships this year alongside her husband Peter. Always willing to lend a hand. Thank you Pat. Pat Ahearn - Outstanding contribution to Speedway 2018/19.

03.01.2022 Speedway Sedans Victoria were very pleased to award Kye Walters - Outstanding Senior Competitor for 2018/19. Kye certainly had a stellar season winning the National Championship in Kingaroy and also taking out the Tasmanian Championship. Kye recently won the VMPA Series after dominating the series rounds ran in the State of Victoria. Well done Kye.

02.01.2022 A very successful technical training day was held for our State scrutineers with in excess of 50 attendees from all over Victoria. We were very fortunate to ha...ve Mr Ron Bergmeier (encumbent Super Sedan Ctac Chairman) bring a car and demonstrate how to correctly measure this class. It was very well received and everyone took away something from the day. See more
