23.01.2022 As the year draws to an end, the boys on site are flat out finishing up a few jobs to ensure families can cook Christmas lunch out of their brand new kitchens. At Annerley, @risehouserasing has lifted house number one and is currently restumping. We are installing the footings for the second house with blockwork starting soon. Magdala is really starting to take shape - you can now see the form of the new renovation, which is such an exciting time onsite. This house should b...e watertight for the next update. The Dream Team behind this home is, JMH Designs, @brettstrade, @RS_Scaff Temple, she has such a street presence! The team has been busy installing the subfloor and steelwork and is currently getting ready for framing. We have a busy few weeks coming up in this beautiful home. The team behind this home is, MR Building Design, Incode Engineers, @superior steel, Thomas & Spencer Kitchens, Cool and Connected, KJK Interiors Project Taylor is getting closer and closer to the finish line and is looking amazing! All the walls have been sheeted and the incredible cabinetry will be installed this week. (We have a video coming!) The bathrooms are being waterproofed and will be tiled and fitted off towards the end of November. Yarradale is standing tall and strong on her new legs! The side and back boundaries have been completed along with demolition upstairs. Birdwood has had the framing and roof trusses installed, along with the windows and doors. The house is currently being wrapped and cladding is starting soon!
