21.01.2022 Oven Baked Pork Ribs using our Getting Piggy With It Salt Rub. https://spiceoddity.net/salt-rubs/getting-piggy-with-it 2-2.5kg Pork ribs 3 tablespoons Getting Piggy With It ... 3/4 cup Cider 1 tablespoon Olive oil BBQ Sauce 1/. Rub spice blend all over the pork ribs, then set aside for 20 minutes. 2/. Preheat the oven to 160C. 3/. Place ribs on a baking tray in a single layer. Pour cider underneath the ribs. Then over the tray with foil and bake for an hour and a half. 4/. Remove ribs from the oven and turn up the heat to 180C. Drizzle olive oil over ribs, return to the oven and cook for 15 minutes. 5/. Remove ribs from the oven and slather the bone side with BBQ sauce, return to the oven to cook for 5 minutes. Remove ribs from the oven and flip them over and cover with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. Continue to do so until you reach desired thick glaze on ribs!

In another shallow bowl, beat 1 x egg and a tablespoon of water. Coat 550g chicken breast tenders with flour; dip into egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet.
