18.01.2022 FOR THOSE WHO WILL ASK ME HOW I DID IT! I boiled 1 liter of distilled water, added 2 parts of white vinegar, 1 part of baking soda. Two cups of Coca-Cola, a dishwasher tablet, and half a lemon. Swirl it for 3 minutes, placed the pan in the solution for 45 minutes, added a little chlorine in the mixture. I then brushed it with a toothbrush and dipped it into the liquid again for 25 more minutes. Place it in the pre heated Oven for 3 minutes with muriatic acid, I rinsed it and it looked exactly the same so I went and bought a new one.

08.01.2022 Happy Anniversary to Spice on Chalres Today we have completed our one year together Its been one year since we have served our Very first Guests.We were standing outside the ‘Spice on Charles’ and the gentleman came to us and said those magical words Can I order some food?? We were like . His family was sitting in Tandy’s on Elizabeth street and we delivered their food there.... From that day till today not a single bad feedback has been reported about our food and service at Spice on Charles(SOC).We faced some issues with take-aways during initial days but corrected them. We have maintained 5 stars on Facebook, more than 4.5 stars on Google and Trip Advisor during this period. We have survived by destroying the stigma of the previous restaurant’s image. Now,Everyone knows us by our name,taste and quality of food and service. We have seen so many ups and downs during this journey but because of Having an amazing team by our side and here we are. During this journey we have met so many amazing people and they are So close to us. Got so many suggestions, feedbacks and wishes during this time. We would like to thank our amazing team and people who have helped us during this journey.
