14.01.2022 It's been a while since I posted here because things have been so quiet. The up side to this is that I have been able to focus a bit more on my own riding and creating a more well rounded training regime. With lots of longer rides in the bank, I have needed something more than the token 2min effort on the roller to stretch out the muscles. Below is what I have been doing - yoga! Try it, you wont regret it and Adriene (below) has a great range of different types and lengths depending what you feel like at the time.
