We’re looking forward to a BIG year in a BIG way and hope all present and past people get involved. ... Not to mention all the newbies who are most welcome. (if you’re over 40), Freestyle Karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Shoot Fighting (MMA) will continue, Kids Classes, Anti-Rape Courses, Prívate Tuition, Nutrition and Diet Plans, Weight Training, HIIT Focus are all part of the plan.
