Think carefully about everything happening in your life. Some of the challenges you’re facing in life are to preserve you for salvation. They may be happening to strengthen your desire and determination for Christ. Don’t misjudge yourself and measure yourself by yourself or others. Don’t base your faith on your improvement after prayer.

Is it hardship, disappointment, poverty, or even setbacks. Yes it may be challenging, it may be painful, it may seem impossible but God is still saying something in every situation. God’s promise is to never leave you nor forsake you. I can hear the voice of God saying, Do not fear for I am with you. If God is with you we know what follows. Every mountain shall be levelled. If God is with you every crooked path shall be made straight. If God is with you every valley shall be exalted and that sickness will soon turn to good health. Emmanuel!

From a human perspective it looked like a huge setback but according to divine plan it was actually a set up for promotion. Through the compensation she got from the payments due to the accident, God blessed her with a beautiful house after prophecy. When troubles come keep calm and be determined because there’s God’s appointed time for everything. Time for trials and time for victory. Everyone desires breakthrough whereas failure most times serves to keep us for a new level in life.

Joseph had a dream but though he faced a lot of challenges, he believed that the best was yet to come. His vision gave him determination to remain focused. The hatred from his brothers plus the dry pit and the lies of Potipher’s wife did not discourage Joseph - instead, it only strengthened his desire and determination for Christ. Remain focused in life. Good things take time. Anything good takes time and preparation. Stay in your job and maintain your spiritual union with Christ.
