This is a new signature for Ounce Bar @ Imperial Measures Distilling called the Raspberry C.R.E.A.M. It’s a flip based around the IMD SV Sweet Vermouth, with a solid backbone being provided by Buffalo Trace Bourbon. I went for a flavour pairing between Ounce Bold, peach and thyme, with a subtle dash of premium absinthe just to pop the herbal profile in Bold a little bit more. ...
