I would like to thank Bjorn, and his crew for the fantastic experience we have had in building our dream home. From our initial meetings to the completion of our home we have had a very positive experience and are very happy with the finished product. Being our first build we did a lot of research and spoke to a lot of people to find out various information about some potential builders in the Launceston area. Spiteri Homes came with a competitive quote and were the only company that did not try to change our design or talk us out of certain things we wanted. On the flip side as a family man, Bjorn was able to suggest certain modifications for the betterment of the house which was greatly appreciated. His crew was always welcoming on site and would gladly take us through and let us know how things were progressing. His group of subcontractors were reliable, communicable and had excellent workmanship in their particular trades. Whenever an issue arose, he would always manage and communicate openly and in a timely manner. This was fantastic for our peace of mind and he would always return phone calls and emails promptly. He communicated well with our architect and the bank and both noted his positive attitude and easy to work with nature. Our build was completed in the time frame stated (4.5 months) on the contract and something was always happening on site. We highly recommend Bjorn and his team as the builders of your new home. Tim
