24.01.2022 Splash Town is OPEN daily for 2 sessions, 11am to 2pm and 2.30pm to 5.30pm. As numbers are being monitored we suggest families limit the number of adults entering to allow more children to enjoy this FREE to use community waterpark. Everyone is reminded to maintain social distancing both inside and outside the facility, sign in and practice good hygiene to ensure the ongoing safety of our community and that the facility remains open. Entry is via the ticket booth at the sid...e entry gate where staff will allocate your session wristband/s on confirmation of the COVID-19 sign in. Any closures due to inclement weather or unplanned maintenance will be posted to this page. Opening times will be 11 am to 2 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, with the new covid-19 sign in to get your session wristband/s. No bookings required for this free activity to prevent people booking and then not turning up, with admission numbers set to ensure social distancing compliance. 18.01.2022 SPLASH TOWN SEASON OPENING POSTPONED UPDATE The Splash Town 2020-21 season opening has been postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions on Public Activity in South Australia and the requirements for contact tracing by the State Government. Splash Town is a FREE to use community facility and doesn’t have onsite staff to enable and manage this and other COVID-19 obligations. We understand the impact on Copper Coast residents and visitors, however, the health and safety o...f our community is our first priority. 17.01.2022 Splash Town, a free to use community waterpark, is OPEN for the SA School holidays This season we will have 2 daily sessions, 11 am to 2pm and 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. A Covid-19 sign in will be required to be confirmed with the on-site staff member before you will be able to receive your session wristband/s. Numbers will be limited to 250 per session (this includes adults and babies). Entry is via the ticket booth and gate along the side of Splash Town. No bookings will be take...n. 17.01.2022 Latest Update - Unfortunately no season opening date has yet been scheduled for Splash Town. There will need to be some change in the current COVID-19 restrictions for us to be able to open, which doesn’t appear to be happening in time for these school holidays or the long weekend. As soon as we have a date we will advise on the Splash Town - Copper Coast Facebook page.

14.01.2022 As part of the $1million Copper Coast Council received in Drought Funding under the Federal Government Drought Communities Programme - Extension, 4 shade sails were installed ready for the season opening! We think they are looking great, hope everyone enjoys the extra shade.

12.01.2022 This Thursday, 14 January 2021, Splash Town will be closed for maintenance. 02.01.2022 Splash Town currently is UNABLE to be open as per the South Australia Emergency Management (Public Activities no 12) (Covid-19) Direction 2020 as it is a restricted public activity under the following clause: (c) activities at swimming pools used by the public, other than activities for fitness or rehabilitation purposes; SPLASH POOLS, swimming lessons and other recreational swimming is not permitted under this directive. ... The Copper Coast Council is endeavoring to have Splash Town open as soon as possible and we will provide further updates when available.
