09.01.2022 Excellent Soft tissue Therapy conference yesterday in Scarborough from the ACE team. Great speakers all day, thought provoking, informative and confirming. I particularly enjoyed Damian's elite swimming, running and cycling session, I will be referring many of my cycling clients to get a proper bike fit assessment now I have a much better insight into correct bike fit, and the riders ability to actually get in the correct riding position for them to reduce back, knee, and neck pain etc. Learning from experts working at Olympic level performance is the same as the information loop of Formula 1 racing to family cars, we all benefit.
