12.01.2022 3 THINGS I DID THIS YEAR TO GROW ANOTHER 7 FIGURE BUSINESS... It’s been a wild year... 6 months ago I was literally nearly pulling my hair out.. ... Things were good but I was mega stressed. I was working on Freedom Fest , Freedom Cacao plus my affiliate business trying to do most of it myself. My affiliate business was super smooth and automated however I still found myself doing stuff in that business I shouldn’t be doing. Freedom Fest was a huuuggeeee project with limited resources and zero systems. The backend was quite a nightmare at the time even though by the time the event can’t everything looked sexy on the front end. I kept having the same issues come up over and over in business... and this had been going on for many years. Trying to do everything myself Not knowing how to hire the right people for the right roles Having unrealistic expectations with the resources we had Having a ‘I’ll just do it myself attitude’ Not creating a standard of excellence Having to train people over and over as no systems were set up The business still relying on me Doing a bunch of stuff with my time that I should not have been doing Not knowing how to train people Having zero systems The people on my team 100 percent did the best they could yet I was leaving money and impact (and my highest value - freedom) on the table! And this meant we couldn’t scale. I had all these ideas but couldn’t implement any of them. I was trying to be the visionary, the one paying accounts, working with very small team, overseeing the project, admin stuff I shouldn’t have been doing.. little tasks that were weighing me down. It was bloody madness! And I ended up bloody frustrated and tired AF by the event due to not staying in the visionary role. I was also pregnant and emotional AF! So.. when it came to wanting to launch ANOTHER business and build an entire education platform in a short time frame I didn’t know how I was going to do it.. What I realised though was that something needed to change. I got clear that they way I operate best is.. leading, creating ideas, visionary stuff and selling.. Anything else and I mean anything else I should not be doing! So I started from scratch. 6 months ago I started again with just one team member.. Lauren Darlington put all the things in place for us to build this beast of a business and scale quickly. That business now operates at an extremely high level with a very efficient team..and it was able to do 7 figures quickly and give a really epic service and standard due to everything she put in place. That business has thousand of testimonials due to how epic it is and what’s involved and how it runs. The team then could take my visions and implement them. And thanks to this I was able to go completely offline over the time of Ayva’s birth and I really do now have a true freedom business (multiple) that works with or without me and I still make money. The businesses are now not reliant on me. Using these same processes we were able to grow freedom cacao and we are about to do the same with Clint and my brand. You see a visionary needs to be the visionary. If you are currently doing stuff in your business that doesn’t involve content, leading, selling, ideas... then you are leaving money on the table. So if you want to scale past 6 figures and onto 7 this is what I suggest... 1) SYSTEMS! Fuck they are so sexy. Systems changed everything for me. Every single task can be systemised into an SOP (standard operating procedure) to ensure there is a manual and process for everything. Systems are the foundation of everything ! 2) CREATE A STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE. If you are a personal brand or if you have any form of a business you get to create a standard of excellence so that your customers / clients are so super happy and they become raving fans of you and your offers. Our operations has a standard of excellence which means customers are happy and rave about the businesses. 3) DELEGATION! If you are doing anything but selling, leading , influencing and visionary stuff the good news is you can delegate it and you can find really epic people in the Phillipines that earn well in their currency at the fraction of the investment of a westerner. We have a team of vas who work so well, they have such a high standard of how they work and they are sooooo efficient. Vas can do everything when you give them a system to follow... they can do literally everything! Finding new leads, paperwork,amazing your groups, customer support, repurpose content, create images, Chasing clients payment, following up with leads, managing your calender, putting more automated processes into place.. the list goes on - they are amazing ! And super loyal when you find the right people. Any single hour that you are spending not doing what you should just remain doing is leaving money on the table. So Lauren and I decided to team up to run a masterclass course that will be in a private fb group and it will run for 2-3 hours with an extra week of support. What we will be covering.. -Setting a standard of excellence - Creating SOPs - Hiring the right people and what to pay them - How to delegate and make more money, - Knowing when to hire and scale - Tasks that you aren’t focusing on in your business that if you focus on them you can make more and impact more - Automation! And setting up clear automated processes for everything. Allll the things!!! We won’t be leaving anything behind.
