From Thursday August 6th, 2020 Dentists in Metropolitan Melbourne are required to practice Level 4 Dental Restrictions. This means we will only be able to provide a range of urgent dental care. If you are in pain and require treatment please do not hesitate to call us on 8351 1777 or contact us through the website www.springsdental.com.au... The clinic has implemented new measures for patients’ safety. Upon arrival, all the clients/patients are required to call the clinic on 8351 1777, before entering the premises and wait in their cars. The patients will be called back and escorted in the clinic once the rooms are cleaned and disinfected. You’ll also notice a heightened use of protective wear from the clinic’ staff and protocols such as social distancing and the installation of sneeze guards at reception. We ask that patients do not remove masks until seated in the dental chair. To maintain efficient patients’ care and to provide prompt attention the clinic’s phones and online-requests are monitored remotely.
