06.01.2022 Thanks to Mu'ooz. Participants who join the dinner in this event can taste the iconic African cuisine-" Injera". Injera, is a sourdough-risen flatbread with a s...lightly spongy texture, originating from the Horn of Africa. Traditionally made out of teff flour, it is the national dish of Ethiopia and Eritrea. It is central to the dining process in those cultures as bread is the most fundamental component of any meal in Ethiopian, Eritrean and Somali cuisine. The large pieces of spongy bread serve as both the dish for meals, which is used for a variety of different stews or sauces, especially wat, Ethiopia's spicy, and sometimes fiery, curry-like stew.
