Employment Type: Initially 1-3 Days per week casual About Us: Springwood Baptist Church is a vibrant Church in the Blue Mountains with a mission to reach people, make disciples and transform community. If you have a similar passion, we invite you to consider joining our administration team to help resource this mission. We are currently looking for an organised and motivated person to join our staff team. About the Role: The Church Administrator will play a key role in assuming responsibility for managing the Administration function of the church. Key responsibilities: Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of areas requiring a general working knowledge of Business management / Finance / Accounting / HR / WHS / Property & Facility operations as well as responsibility for oversighting the church’s regulatory and legal compliance. Selection Criteria: Well-developed communication skills A committed Christian and active in their local Church Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload Is able to support SBC’s statement of beliefs, vision and mission.
