Some suggestions are sports items, board games, books, arts & crafts sets and school backpacks & lunchboxes. 03.01.2022 Hi there! Sprout Hub is on the lookout for our next Junior staff member. We love supporting our local young people with opportunities for developing their on the job skills in a supportive and community-focused environment. We are currently looking for a young person aged between 14 and 18 to join our team. No prior work experience is needed, and we provide professional barista training and access to upskilling. Award wages. LGBTQIA+ folk, BIPOC and folks from migrant backgro...unds are encouraged to apply. Some of the cafe duties include - customer service - taking payments - cleaning - setting up and packing down the cafe - some simple food prep (ie. smoothies and toasties) - chatting with lcoals - potential community event support, such as helping set up and run different events at the Hub - this role will be supported by a senior staff member at all times If this sounds like something youd like to do then hit the link below

Some ideas for Covid support initiatives are Winter Warmth program impacted by Covid 19 to assist vulnerable, elderly and disadvantaged Equipment purchase for research... Adapting and change capacity building for organisations and community groups Programs that support youth Connecting and educating the community through art in times of isolation Connecting and educating the community through gardening and food sharing in times of isolation Safe community events post isolation Cover expenses for additional equipment to reopen after lockdown Care packages to the single Mums and children who are isolating without access to playgroups and other activities This year we will be flexible with grant delivery timelines, and encourage groups to not only think about how they can support their community now but also post lockdown.
