25.01.2022 Wondering what the process is if you happen to have a claim? We’ve put together some quick steps (you may want to hit the save button on this) to make life a bit easier for you in the unfortunate event of a claim. Here are the steps: ... 1. Notify us as soon as practically possible. 2. Record the date, time and location. 3. Take photos. 4. Engage a trade/specialist to mitigate any damages. Obtain their quote/invoices as this will be required. 5. Keep any damaged parts and components as it may need to be assessed by an assessor/loss adjuster. 6. We will provide regular updates and ensure your claim is progressing. We will liaise with repairers, assessors and any other party involved to aid in facilitating a supportive, prompt and transparent claims experience.
