Firstly, well done to each and everyone of you that have continued to push themselves and kept up their training whilst in isolation....... whether it was face to face with me or via my programs, or at home, in a park, online or with another PT! Hats off to you all. Every workout you did, was a step in The right direction! High five .... Super Proud!... For me, personally, I have absolutely thrived training at home, online and outdoors. Ive have gotten stronger, Im running better, I found my inner beast again and Ive rebooted my focus.
