09.01.2022 It is THAT time of year again when night shift is upon us so we are looking for some drivers to do either day or night shift carting raw materials or asphalt up to around June 2020. You will be driving an auto prime mover with a walking floor trailer so no un-hooking and no getting covered in black shit. The trucks are based in Pakenham, the asphalt plant is in Dandenong where there is a LOT of sitting around in the lunchroom annoying each other until you get called under fo...r a load. Day shift casual rate is $30/hour for the first 8 hours and $40/hour after that. Night shift rate is a flat $40/hour. We are a super friendly, tight-knit team that looks after their drivers (it is worth working for us for the Christmas party alone, trust us). Plus freshly baked cupcakes (OK, sometimes it’s a slice and sometimes it’s cookies) every Wednesday. Don’t be put off by the fact it’s casual as we managed to retain last year’s casuals and put them on permanently.
