24.01.2022 Hey guys here's a new page, thanks for getting on board. We have never advertised before but want to start targeting a few different areas. Such as private inspections for first home buyers that aren't confident in what they are looking for. These inspections range from Pre slab pour inspections. Frame inspections Pre plaster inspections... Final inspections. Also any project managing for owner builders that may need help getting it out of the ground to a lock up stage or guidance through the whole build. I have supervised for a major building company looking after 20 homes at a time whilst managing a framing crew. 17.01.2022 Here is a extension we started before christmas, deleting the old balcony, removal of the front wall and extending it out over the balcony. We also added on a Lounge, Laundry and a new entertaining area to downstairs aswell as adding a massive walk in robe and ensuite upstairs. We had a bit of renovating to do inside aswell such as re configured the existing stair void, installed new cork shower bases, replaced old rotten/sagged floor, installed cav units, straightening of walls, replaced all windows.
