23.01.2022 Update on Project Reno.....We have had meetings with Triple M this afternoon. The news so far is the club is to receive a coat of paint, inside & out. The commentary box will be completed. '' The Tiling Experts'' will be completing their tiling project as part of the Reno. If there are any other trade services who would like to be part of the project give us a call on 0416062881 or contact the Triple M team directly. 22.01.2022 Grand Final time is so exciting. A massive congratulations to our Under 13 team who won their Grand Final ... so proud boys!!! This Saturday our Opens team are playing their Grand Final against the Browns Plains Bears @ 3pm at Langlands Park. On Sunday, our Under 16 Prems team are playing their Grand Final against Redcliffe @ 1:30pm at Albert Bishop Park.... Both games are shaping up to be very exciting. Come along and join the Black & White Army as we cheer our teams this weekend. Tickets are selling fast for the buses leaving from the Club on Saturday at 2pm, and also the supporters t-shirts. 22.01.2022 The club will open this Friday night for a pool comp. With a prize for the CHAMP. All pool sharks welcome. ''Jag the joker'' will again be dishing out the cash. The Joker jackpot will start at $ 66.The club is always available to host any social events, So drop in, your assistance in keeping the club afloat during the offseason would be greatly appreciated.

21.01.2022 Whiz Bang ... Finals are upon us with the Under 11 Div 1 and Under 12 Div 1 playing in elimination semi-finals this weekend. The Under 11's will play Easts at 9:30am at Brandon Park (Souths) and the Under 12's will play Norths at 1:45pm at the same location. Good luck to both teams and congratulations to the Coaches and Management for getting your sides to the semi-finals. We encourage all Sunnybank people to get out and support these teams.

20.01.2022 Hard to top the events of last week-end. Thanks to all that helped to make it happen. Well done to Tiana Pannowitz for representation in the Miss GBJRL. The club will be open for the third state of origin game on the big screen . There will be social touch footy under lights from 5:30 followed by free pizza party prior to the game. All welcome.

20.01.2022 A note from the League.... We are currently entering the last results from the weekend, we then need to rebuild all ladders and check the finals teams / allocate venues, so we request that you dont check the draw until after 5pm today.

16.01.2022 Just heard that there is a problem with our oztag organisers. I am awaiting a call from Linda. Should the competition be cancelled a Touch footy comp will be run at the club on Tuesday afternoons. This is preferable to the club as this activity was arranged to give an activity for the kids to do at the club in the offseason. More info to follow.

16.01.2022 For those that didn't receive a newsletter today, here's a quick rundown on the timeline for tomorrow morning. * Sausage sizzle available from the canteen from 9am $2; * JT is expected at the Club at 10am; * There will be a dance performance by a local dance company;... * Unveiling of sign and presentation of gift to JT on terraces; * Club to join together for 1 x big "who are we in the black & white" * 10:45am JT returning to Origin camp. 15.01.2022 Our Under 9's Coach Rob is running an 8 week challenge that is open to all people over the age of 18 to be held at the Club grounds on Saturday mornings. See the flier ... basically, it's $20 for the 8 weeks payable on the first day of the challenge and you also go into the draw to win awesome prizes. There will be a registration night at the Club this Friday night at 6:30pm which will run through the Challenge and what it's all about. All welcome - bring a friend along to join in the fun activities with you!!

The 12's game is being played at 10:45am -v- Forest Lake being played at Brandon Park (Souths JRL). The 13's game is being played at 1:30pm -v- Greenbank being played at W.J. Scott Park (Easts).
