21.01.2022 Term 3 was not only a fantastic term academically, but also was filled with giving and supporting others. During the Term, we held a number of events and fundraisers to support charities, including Shave for a Cure, Starlight Foundation and St Vincent’s de Paul Winter Appeal. We are proud to support a community who amplifies the values of Compassion, Respect, Endeavour and Dignity and continue to look for ways to Serve Him in Others. #TogetherSJC #DignitySJC #ServeHimInOthers

09.01.2022 WALKING THE JOEY'S WAY WEDNESDAY: On Wednesdays, we will recognise a past St Joseph's student whose life embodies the College values of Compassion, Respect, Endeavour and Dignity. Natasha Digweed graduated in 2009 where in her final year she was nominated as the McAuley House Captain. Natasha went on to study a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Business and History, and is today employed at St Joseph’s College as a Humanities, English and Business teacher. Natasha said she returned to St Joseph’s College as a teacher in the hope of giving back to the community that gave her so much, encouraging her students by fostering positive relationships with them and challenging them to live by the College’s core values of Compassion, Respect, Endeavour and Dignity. #ServeHimInOthers #SJCPastStudents

07.01.2022 Congratulations to all our Year 12 students who recently graduated. In a year that has certainly been challenging these students have shown great resilience and have made our College community proud. They have lived and breathed all our College values and we wish them well in their future adventures. In the words of one of our senior leaders, Sophia Scanlan, take every opportunity that presents itself and give it your very best shot. Don’t be afraid to fail, but more importantly have a go because it is our choices that reflect who we are, far more than our abilities. #EndeavourSJC #RespectSJC #CompassionSJC #DignitySJC #TogetherSJC

07.01.2022 Our junior students had the opportunity to hear from former NBL player and activational speaker, Eric Bailey. Listen to Eric as he encourages all to dream big, set goals and work hard. #TogetherSJC #EndeavourSJC

John Dornbusch graduated in 1969 and is now proud to be the Chancellor of the University of Southern Queensland. John explains that attending the College in 1969 was an extraordinary year with the landing of Apollo 11 on the moon, and says he can even still sing the school song! #ServeHimInOthers #SJCPastStudents
