12.01.2022 At the end of Term 2 when we were all excited to be back together at #stpatsmbna, a few of the SRC leaders helped Ms Hawkins to create a virtual surprise tour of our school ( the kids & the teachers didnt see us coming !!). Little did we know at the time that we would be back in lockdown for Term 3. We WILL get through Stage 4 lockdown together. Dont give up. Thanks to representatives from the Boon Wurrung Foundation for the Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony and Didgeridoo Performance. Thanks to special guests Steve Dimopolous, Fr Leenus & CEM manager & consultants. Well done to Ben (Yr 6) for sharing his speech, Merna (Yr 6), Layni (Yr 3) & Noah (Yr 3) for raising the flags and the St Patricks Choir for leading the National Anthem. May every member of the community be welcomed as equal, regardless of race, age or gender and be treated with respect and dignity.
