23.01.2022 Should I trim my bangs or colour my roots myself? . Maaaaybe this question has crossed your mind in the past week or so! . I get it, my hair is looking a little crazy too, but here’s my advice, if you’re thinking about picking up the kitchen scissors or grabbing some box dye while you’re out picking up some toilet paper.... Please just try and be patient, I encourage you to just embrace the chaos of your new hair-do! I know times are tough right now and sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do! So I understand if some of you are considering switching from blonde to brunette due to financial situations or feeling sick of waiting around for salons to reopen. Or your tired of clipping your overgrown fringe out of the way.. . Whatever you choose, i will support you. I know how to soothe and fix your tired strands. I know how to safely lift out box colour. We will work it out together, I will not shame you. I feel like with all this social distancing, once we are able to actually receive contact with other humans, things like scalp massages and other things that we loved before are going to feel SO much better!

18.01.2022 A very common question that clients have been asking me lately is what is the difference between a foilayage and a balayage? . GREAT QUESTION . The answer is: a FOILAYAGE is processed INSIDE of a foil and a BALAYAGE is processed OUTSIDE of a foil .... 11.01.2022 As you might have seen, salons around the world have been shutting down and unfortunately our salon has had to shut down too. I’ll be honest, it’s an understatement to say this is a scary time for everyone especially as a hairstylist. I want to take this moment to say that I am feeling hopeful. I am appreciating the time with my family even though they can drive me crazy. Life has been at a much slower pace and I’m okay with it. . I am still SO grateful to have my client’s in my life! You’re support has meant the world to me in a time like this and I can’t wait to get back to normal and start doing your hair again!

09.01.2022 Do you like to change your hair colour seasonally (like going brighter in the summer and darker in the winter?) So many clients swap from warmer toned lowlights in the winter to cooler toned highlights in the summer because, just like fashion, trends change with hair colour every season as well! Right now I’m loving the warm, golden toffee tones. They have such a soft natural look and give a lovely glow to the skin. What are you loving right now?
