09.01.2022 A little bit of inspo - Dr. Yuker was a pioneer in the academic world researching attitudes towards people with disabilities from the 1960s onward. He was passionate about reducing barriers to education and employment (just like us at STME). Dr. Yuker also had cerebral palsy. As a fellow researcher with a disability, reading about those who have come before me, paving the way for inclusion, encourages me to continue working hard despite the barriers we still face in the 21st... century. Keep working hard on what you do - each of us has a voice and can lead by example.
