23.01.2022 At Star Gymnastics we provide a supportive, fun, happy, calm environment for students to handstand, cartwheel and flip! Gymnastics is incredible sport for aiding and gaining co-ordination. Co-ordination is the ability to connect the brain with the body - its a very tricky concept for most kids and some adults!!

01.01.2022 Kindy Gymnastics & Trampoline Class 3 to 5 years Our Kindy Gymnastics & Trampolining program is dedicated to developing important skills such as co-ordination, strength and fitness in a friendly, calm environment. Our class structure includes warming up to music, stretch and balance exercises, floor circuits including learning how to roll, jump and land, there are also lots of fun activities on beam, bars, ropes, air gym & our Trampolines! We begin to teach our students... cartwheels, handstands and other awesome Gymnastics Skills! Our Gymnastics program involved NO parent participation.
