I hope you and your family are well during this strange time in life. I thought I would fill you in on George. He is the most placid amazing dog. He comes to school with me everyone day and has done so since school began. The kids love him and he is making s significant difference to the tone of the class. There are a number of special ...cases that have benefitted - a little boy whose Mum has cancer just loves George and has gone from a glum child to almost skipping into school every day. The school psych is using George with this boy during his therapy sessions and he is now opening up when previously he didn’t. Another child a little girl with many issues is coming to school every day when last year she missed the whole of Term4 and part of term 3. The whole school has embraced him as you can see by the school photo. He is also in the class photo but I can’t send that out for privacy reasons. I hope you enjoy seeing him.
